Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Within Operations, we are expanding our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) organization to drive scalable growth in the SaaS and digital technology ecosystem. The Delivery Ops Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery across large-scale sales programs, aligning business priorities with client objectives, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, innovation, and automation. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic, data-rich environments and is passionate about leveraging AI and technology to optimize performance.

• Lead and oversee a large-scale delivery program responsible for strategy and execution across sales, sales management, training, quality assurance, and data & reporting functions.

• Collaborate with Global Client Leads and Account Leadership to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational goals and client success metrics.

• Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, define key performance drivers, and guide initiatives that enhance program efficiency and impact.

• Champion Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement, working closely with transformation partners to prioritize initiatives, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable results using data and AI insights.

• Define and track OKRs across client programs, QA, and training—ensuring consistent measurement, transparent reporting, and performance visibility.

• Monitor and manage quarterly operational plans, capturing forward-looking strategies, evaluating progress, and implementing corrective actions to maintain performance excellence.

• Provide strategic direction to the reporting and analytics teams, ensuring the end-to-end delivery ecosystem operates efficiently, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.

• Drive consistency and operational rigor across regional delivery teams, ensuring adherence to established operating models and governance structures.

• Deliver comprehensive performance and status updates to the Global Delivery Lead and Account Leadership, distilling data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in service delivery, sales operations, or program management within technology or SaaS environments

• Minimum of 2 years in client management or client engagement

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill data insights and deliver concise executive-level updates

• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical capabilities, using data and AI tools to uncover performance trends and drive improvement

• Proven project management expertise, balancing multiple priorities and finding efficiencies across complex global programs

• Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge requests misaligned with strategic priorities

• Adaptive, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Demonstrated curiosity and engagement with AI technologies, using emerging tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and delivery insights

This is role is in-office 5 days per week.
