Onsite Salesforce Administrator for to support Phoenix application. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for planning, testing, implementing, and maintaining our Customer Care Phoenix application. This individual will perform the overall management of the system and will provide best practices and recommendations for integration and application development, configuration, deployment, and iterative refinement.
BS in related field or equivalent work/technical experience, Admin Certification with minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce Administration. Agile methodology experience a plus. Solid understanding of relational databases and data integration tools. Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter and the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and ever changing environment. Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers. Strong team player, and ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people. Ability to interact with business users and translate business needs into solutions.
