Job Description:

The Sr. Business Analyst will lead initiatives and provide consultation to internal and/or external customers. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the customer area they support and have technical understanding of the business unit’s systems, capabilities, and respective technologies.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer processes and requirements, preparing project documentation, and assisting in business process redesign as needed. The candidate will maintain communication with customers and team members and promote a team environment.

Basic Entry Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with 2-5 years of IT and/or business experience
• The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project coordination and previous airline business experience
