This role supervises and guides the work assignments of subordinate staff and provides technical and project leadership across software development initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling team resources, status reporting, documentation, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Develop and manage project plans.
• Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure system integrity and successful deployments.
• Participate hands‑on in software development, system design, and analysis.
• Provide installation support and user training as needed.

• Software development across multiple platforms (.NET, Java, R, etc.) – 10+ years.
• JavaScript and UI frameworks (Angular
  
  JS, React
  
  JS, Kendo UI, jQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap) – 10+ years.
• Web-based application deployment and debugging – 10+ years.
• Web services design and development – 7+ years.
• Version control tools: GIT, TFS – 5+ years.

• Database development with MS SQL & Oracle (PL/SQL, T‑SQL) – 7+ years.
• SharePoint development using CSOM/JSOM (SharePoint 2013/2019/Online) – 7+ years.
• Integration of web applications with Azure AD & Azure B2C – 5+ years.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and development.
• 10+ years of experience in relationship and stakeholder management.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of application security principles.
• Knowledge of architectural styles (microservices, monolithic, client-server).
• Experience with test automation tools.
