Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Leadership:
Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, from ideation through execution, across multiple product lines and technology stacks.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering Leads, Compliance, and Wealth Advisors to define and prioritize digital capabilities.
* Technical Oversight:
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
* Agile Governance:
Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met across distributed teams.
* Risk & Compliance:
Proactively identify delivery risks, manage mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
* Client Experience Focus:
Champion user-centric design and measurable improvements in client satisfaction, engagement, and adoption.
* Metrics & Reporting:
Define KPIs, track program health, and present executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
* Squad Management: should have hands on experience in Squad Management, Estimation Management, Resource Utilization Management
Qualifications:
* Experience:
10+ years in technical program management, preferably in financial services or fintech; 5+ years in client-facing digital platforms.
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification a plus.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of digital transformation, API ecosystems, and cloud-native architectures.
* Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and Dev Ops pipelines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA) and data governance.
Preferred Attributes:
* Experience with Investment/Banking platforms.
* Passion for delivering intuitive, secure, and scalable digital experiences.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities.'
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364 / yearly
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
