Sogeti is searching for a visionary Division Practice Manager (DPM) to lead our Applications, Cloud & Experience (ACE) Practice. The DPM is a strategic and technical leader, responsible for driving innovation, delivering client value, and growing the ACE portfolio, focusing on mid‑market clients and leveraging the combined strengths of Agentic Software Engineering, Cloud Innovation, and Experience Consulting.

Atlanta, GA (with travel throughout the Southeast as required).

• Lead and Inspire
  :
  Manage a high-performance team of IT professionals across ACE domains, including cloud solutions, Agile & Dev Ops, Application Development & Maintenance, O365, Program & Project Management, and cloud computing (mobility, security, reliability, automation, scalability, cost‑efficiency).
• Client Engagement
  :
  Oversee client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery and satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Talent Development
  :
  Hire, mentor, and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and capability development.
• Hands‑On Delivery
  :
  Lead engineering delivery and project oversight, ensuring high-quality outputs focused on business outcomes and compelling storytelling.
• Sales & Growth
  :
  Drive sales and closure of critical projects. Support sales personnel and contribute to pre‑sales activities, including research, solutioning, and thought leadership.
• Service Innovation
  :
  Develop and enhance service offerings, collaborating with account teams and alliance partners to create go‑to‑market (GTM) solutions and new assets.
• Practice Leadership:
  Own solutioning, client management, and project delivery. Lead complex, large‑scale strategy, build, implementation, and run engagements.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, and Service Now to deliver innovative solutions.
• Business Transformation
  :
  Champion business and IT transformation initiatives, platform solutions, software product engineering, and experience consulting.

• 10–15+ years of experience delivering large‑scale technology engagements.
• Deep expertise across the Applications & Cloud Technology lifecycle, including Azure, AWS, Google/GCP, and modern application stacks (Python, React, Angular, Vue, Node, Java, .NET).
• Strong background in both functional and technical aspects, with proven business acumen and management skills.
• Demonstrated success in project and program delivery, business development, and client relationship cultivation.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to define business cases, measure/report outcomes, and present to executive leadership.
• Adept at interfacing with clients at all levels, from executives to engineers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands‑on technical expertise and a passion for mentoring teams.
• Experience with platform engineering, modernization, cloud security, smart workplace solutions (M365, SharePoint, CoPilot), and experience platforms (CMS, eCommerce, UX, XR).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
