About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Service Now Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions across the Service Now platform. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring smooth integrations, performance, and platform best practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced ITSM/ITOM environments and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth.
• Implement Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Service Now development and administration.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM, CSM/PSDS, and HAM modules.
• Solid understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes and automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Service Now certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.) preferred.

Technical Skill Requirements (Minimum 6 Years Each)
