Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

We’re looking for a Deal Analytics Intern to help us turn data gathered during the car purchasing process into insights our stakeholders act on every day. This is an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career alongside some of the sharpest analytics minds in the auto industry.

You’ll learn to build analytics and reporting solutions while exploring how AI is reshaping modern analytics. Here are a few things you’ll do:

• Identify and translate analytical results into insights and recommendations
• Perform data analysis and validation
• Build dashboards and reporting, and responsibly leverage AI tools to accelerate analytics tasks
• Build relationships and interact with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Complete a capstone project and present to a large audience.

• Hands‑on experience working on meaningful and challenging projects, with the support of a dedicated team and an assigned program mentor

You want to do meaningful work with a team that cares about success. You also:

• Are currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s in a related field.
• Have an understanding of Excel and SQL; experience with Python, Tableau or Power BI is a plus but not expected
• Have an analytical mindset and a curiosity about exploring data to find new insights
• Have a desire to expand your AI literacy and the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools in analytics work
• Are an effective communicator with strong relationship-building and organizational skills
