Job Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Configurator
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire
Location: Remote
Required Pay Scale: $75-80/hour W2

Job Summary:The Workday Adaptive Planning Configurator will administer, configure, enhance, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions used for strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, capacity planning, staffing-demand analysis, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Project Details:Support 2027 strategic workforce-planning initiatives by developing and maintaining Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, versions, hierarchies, assumptions, calculations, scenarios, integrations, security, and workforce reports.
Partner with Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to forecast staffing demand, validate workforce assumptions, analyze labor expenses, and support strategic staffing decisions.
Must Haves- Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning configuration
- Strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting
- Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, versions, and hierarchies
- Scenario planning, assumptions, and calculations
- Workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing-demand planning
- Workday HCM reporting and workforce analytics
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Workday integrations and data validation
- Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom Workday reports
- Experience supporting implementations, releases, enhancements, and production issues
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills
- Enterprise SaaS application experience
- Enterprise Interface Builder
- Workday Web Services
- ETL and data-integration processes
- Service Now or Salesforce
- HR, Finance, Payroll, or workforce-management applications
- Dashboard and analytics development
- Rally or comparable Agile tools
- Automation and process-improvement experience
