Role Data Analyst 4 Location Atlanta, GA 30308 Duration 12+months (Possible Extension) Shift 1st shift Pay Range $55– $60 per hour on W2
Job Description:
- Reporting / Business Analysis experience
- 10+ years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
- Analyze business processes and identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Data Analysis
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and validate business/process data.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Create and monitor KPIs and business metrics.
- Prepare clear, visually appealing reports and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Excel / Data Analytics Tools
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analytics/reporting tools.
- Utilize analytical tools to perform reporting and data analysis.
- Process Improvement
- Map and document current business processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Understand data governance and data quality principles.
- Ensure appropriate data security and compliance.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with process owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
- Gather requirements for reporting and analysis.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights.
- Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Identify trends and root causes.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Project / Task Management
- Manage multiple reporting and analysis activities.
- Prioritize tasks according to business requirements.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical methodologies.
- Stay current with emerging data analytics technologies and best practices.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree or certifications such as Six Sigma are preferred/advantageous.
