• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, estimate and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate customer needs and KPIs into scalable, actionable software requirements and system design based on the standard software product

• Champion the software product with the customer
• Serve as the primary point of reference for scope and change requests
• Partner closely with R&D and technical teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication.

• Provide guidance, technical expertise, and training to internal teams and customers.
• Support successful system adoption and long-term utilization of software solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies within warehouse automation.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to continuously improve solution capabilities.

• Develop and leverage collaborative internal relationships to drive the creation of new, marketable solutions and service offerings.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, Support, Solutions & Engineering teams to bring differentiated capabilities to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in software solution delivery, architecture, or implementation, including experience supporting overseas or global software delivery.
• Prior experience in the warehouse automation or logistics technology domain preferred.
