Insight Global is seeking an Organic Search Specialist for a leading eCommerce-focused organization. This candidate will support the day-to-day execution of the company's organic search strategy while helping expand visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SEO and is eager to deepen their expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and AI search visibility.

In this role, the specialist will collaborate with Marketing Operations, eCommerce, Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to implement optimization initiatives, monitor website health, improve content discoverability, and maintain reporting dashboards. Responsibilities include performing SEO audits, supporting technical improvements, optimizing content assets, conducting keyword research, measuring performance, and contributing to AI search readiness initiatives such as schema development and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Day-to-Day:

Perform routine SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities
Monitor crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and indexation health
Partner with internal teams to ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented
Assist with Core Web Vitals monitoring and website health initiatives
Create and optimize meta titles, descriptions, and on-page content
Support website taxonomy and category naming projects
Optimize existing content to improve organic search visibility
Conduct keyword research, topic analysis, and content gap assessments
Assist with content briefs and authority-building initiatives
Support AI search visibility benchmarking and competitive analysis
Document and track emerging AEO/GEO best practices
Assist with schema and structured data initiatives
Maintain SEO performance dashboards and recurring reports
Support Adobe Analytics reporting and performance measurement
Compile data for business reviews and stakeholder updates
Track project milestones, update roadmaps, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups
Help prioritize and manage incoming organic search requests

Must-Haves:

2-4 years of SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or eCommerce experience
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
Experience with Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics/reporting tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience executing on-page SEO recommendations
Experience conducting keyword and topic research
Ability to maintain reporting and performance dashboards
Cross-functional collaboration skills

Plusses:

Technical SEO experience
Basic understanding of schema markup
Familiarity with AI Search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO concepts
Experience working with Product, IT, Content, Merchandising, or Marketing teams
Experience with SEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Bright Edge, seo Clarity, or Conductor
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) exposure
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience leveraging AI tools for search and content optimization workflows

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
