We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team to provide hands-on technical support across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Escalate complex issues to infrastructure and application teams and follow through to resolution
- Image, deploy, and configure new hardware for onboarding and refresh cycles
- Manage user accounts, access requests, and password resets in Active Directory
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac
- Manage and resolve tickets through the IT service management system within SLA targets
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical issues into simple terms
- 2 years of desktop support or IT help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac hardware and software
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working directly with various stakeholders
