Data Analyst, Senior

Support enterprise data acquisition, validation, documentation, and reporting across multiple sites in an onsite role in Atlanta, GA.

• Acquire, manage, and analyze data from multiple sites or sources.
• Configure and manage technology solutions for receipt, transformation, validation, and storage of data.
• Ensure report and query usage of data remains appropriate.
• Act as a database consultant by providing expertise to help users meet their needs.
• Develop automated quality control procedures to assess data quality and produce reports for data owners.
• Collaborate in a group environment across data collection instrument design, database management, data analysis, and report and dashboard creation.
• Develop and perform analyses appropriate to the business or research needs.
• Explain analysis methods and assumptions; support interpretation of results and their implications.
• Document methods and results through standard documentation artifacts, including data dictionaries, standard operating procedures, and analysis methodology descriptions.
• Coordinate consistent implementation of data quality control measures and access to central data repositories with onsite or field-based counterparts.
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, plus three years of experience in processes and standards related to data.
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience with relational database management systems, including Oracle
  , Microsoft SQL Server
  , and MySQL (MySQL preferred).
• Experience with statistical packages such as SAS
  , SPSS
  , and R (R preferred).
