- Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to understand requirements, identify gaps, and ensure accurate testing.
- Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications, covering complex rules and workflows.
- Provide clear effort estimates for manual testing tasks and deliver thorough test coverage.
- Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes, improve quality, and support continuous delivery.
- Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and ensure compliance with industry best practices in Guidewire Policy systems and P&C insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire Policy Center experience, including 5+ years in Commercial Lines.
- Hands‑on expertise in Guidewire Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing Center, and Contact Manager, including configuration, product model forms, rules, and rating.
- Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects (upgrades and implementations).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools such as Client ALM, Jira, ADO, or Rally.
- Experience in claims creation, FNOLs, reserves, checks, and payment transactions.
- Guidewire Analyst Associate certification; ISTQB or Agile certifications preferred.
- Ability to lead, take initiative, and guide teams in onsite‑offshore delivery models.
