AI Analyst

Our industrial client is building a new Emerging Technologies team focused on helping the business adopt AI, automation, and productivity solutions that deliver measurable results.

We are looking for an AI Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI-enabled solutions. This is a hybrid role that combines AI solution development, business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to deliver practical business value.

The ideal candidate has experience building and deploying AI solutions in a corporate environment and can demonstrate how they identified a business problem, designed a solution, drove user adoption, and delivered measurable outcomes.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders as they are building AI agents, automations, copilots, and other AI-powered solutions. You'll work across the organization to identify opportunities, deliver high-impact solutions, and help shape the future use of AI and emerging technologies.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate business challenges
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions, copilots, agents, and workflow automations
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development
• Support solution adoption through demos, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and leadership to drive innovation across the organization
• Maintain quality, governance, security, and responsible AI practices while delivering solutions

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in a professional environment
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions that were approved, implemented, and adopted by business users
• Strong business analysis, process improvement, and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions, workflow automations, or similar AI-enabled products
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate solution delivery and development
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
• Experience working within Agile teams and software delivery processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

• Power Automate, Power Apps, or Logic Apps
• Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Experience supporting technology adoption, user training, or organizational change initiatives

You’ll join a newly formed Emerging Technologies team with an active pipeline of AI and automation initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, build solutions, and help modernize how the organization leverages AI.
