MPS Group is seeking an experienced Net Suite Functional Consultant to support an upcoming UAT and go-live initiative.
The consultant will be based in the United States and must be comfortable traveling to Juarez, Mexico as needed to provide hands-on support to business users during UAT and go-live. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional Net Suite expertise, experience supporting UAT and production environments, and the ability to work directly with business users to troubleshoot issues, guide testing, train users, and drive issues through resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on support to end users during User Acceptance Testing.
- Guide users through assigned test scenarios and Net Suite business processes.
- Answer functional questions and demonstrate proper system usage.
- Troubleshoot UAT issues involving configuration, process, data, workflow, or user-related concerns.
- Document defects, gaps, enhancement requests, and testing blockers.
- Coordinate with functional and technical project teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Retest fixes with end users and confirm successful resolution.
- Assist users with test data, transactions, workflows, and expected results.
- Track UAT progress, outstanding issues, and blockers.
- Provide knowledge transfer and end-user coaching throughout UAT.
- Train business users on Net Suite functionality and processes.
- Escalate issues that could affect UAT completion or go-live readiness.
- Support daily UAT status updates.
- Provide support through go-live and assist with production issues as needed.
- Strong, well-rounded Net Suite functional consulting experience.
- Prior experience supporting UAT and go-live initiatives.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot functional issues and recommend solutions.
- Experience training and supporting business users.
- English and Spanish communication skills strongly preferred / required for the engagement.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be willing and able to travel to Juarez, Mexico as needed.
- Ability to provide multiple client references related to Net Suite production support.
- Net Suite experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting manufacturing-related Net Suite processes.
- Prior experience supporting implementations through UAT, go-live, and production stabilization.
Please prioritize candidates with:
- Strong hands-on Net Suite functional experience.
- UAT and go-live support experience.
- Manufacturing experience where possible.
- Strong business-user and client-facing skills.
- US-based location.
- Flexibility to travel to Juarez as needed.
- Availability to start quickly.

Duration: 6-8 weeks initially, with possible extension
