Job Description Supervises and develops multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business and infrastructure services. Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment

At least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing.

Experience with AAA technologies, including RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication

Experience implementing and supporting Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE or equivalent platforms

Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and directory services such as Active Directory and Entra IDExperience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions such as Netskope, Zscaler, or similar platforms

Experience with remote access technologies, VPN solutions, and secure connectivity services

Understanding of modern identity-driven access controls and segmentation strategies

Experience designing and supporting highly available, geographically distributed environments

Understanding of enterprise certificate management, PKI, and encryption technologies

Experience performing platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning

Preferred Experience Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
Ivanti Secure Access / Pulse Secure Netskope Private Access and Secure Service Edge (SSE)
Active Directory Microsoft Entra IDPKI / Certificates Splunk or enterprise SIEM platforms

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
