We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cloud modernization and transformation programs, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

This is a highly visible leadership role that requires partnering with and influencing multiple engineering, product, and business teams across the organization. The successful candidate will proactively identify bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business priorities with technical constraints, and drive successful outcomes in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Own program planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, budget tracking, and overall execution.
• Lead large-scale cloud modernization and transformation initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Build and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, milestones, dependency maps, and delivery plans.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams to achieve committed objectives.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive management.
• Ensure delivery of technical solutions that meet quality, security, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions when needed to maintain timelines and objectives.

• Serve as the central point of contact for program communications.
• Provide executive-level updates, status reporting, and decision-ready briefing materials.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve technical and program-related conflicts.
• Build strong partnerships across business units and influence teams without direct authority.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
