Job Summary NCR Voyix is seeking a highly skilled, innovative, and results-driven Senior Solution Architect to define and drive the technical vision for our enterprise business systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly, scale effectively, and evolve to meet future business needs. This senior individual contributor role provides architectural leadership across the organization, establishing the standards, principles, and technology direction that guide the design, implementation, and operation of critical business platforms.

As a trusted technology leader, you will partner with business stakeholders, solution managers, Cross functional IT and business team members to design resilient, secure, and scalable solutions. You will set the architectural foundation, influence strategic technology decisions, and enable delivery teams to execute with consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future state of our business systems ecosystem.

You will lead the design of technology solutions that support the company's go-to-market objectives and long-term business strategy.

Your role will be to translate business goals into scalable, integrated capabilities that enhance customer experience, accelerate growth, and maintain competitive advantage.

DAY-TO-DAY Key Activities Lead cross-platform solution architecture across ERP, CRM, and SaaS ecosystems, defining integration strategies, architectural standards, and delivery roadmaps while driving projects from concept through implementation.

Establish enterprise target-state architecture, end-to-end value streams, and transformation roadmaps while driving architectural governance, technology standardization, and strategic platform alignment.

Own and prioritize top-level product backlogs for shared platforms, partnering with segment product owners to decompose initiatives into delivery-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (NFRs). Conduct cross-segment discovery sessions, design workshops, and architecture reviews to surface shared needs, resolve competing priorities, and prevent duplicative build. Define integration contracts, API standards, and domain boundaries for cross-segment data flows spanning across various platforms

Lead architecture checkpoints and risk reviews for cross-segment initiatives; represent the combined product and architecture perspective in governance forums (ARB, TRB). Translate product vision into architectural runways and delivery-ready specifications that IT teams across the enterprise can act on immediately. Identify and steward opportunities for component and pattern reuse across segments; build the case for platform consolidation where segment convergence creates lasting efficiency.

Serve as the primary liaison between segment business leaders, dev managers, Solution architects, IT security, and the enterprise CIO organization.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive IT experience spanning product management, solution architecture, or a meaningful combination of both disciplines.
7+ years of solution architecture experience and proven track record owning and prioritizing cross-functional product backlogs and roadmaps across multiple business lines or segments simultaneously, including managing competing stakeholder demands at the executive level.

Deep competency in API design and governance, event-driven architecture, and microservices patterns
