Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Service Desk Specialist to focus on Office
365 support, sw/hw support, and more. In this role, you will join a growing company with a reputation for long-tenured, happy employees! This role is onsite 5 days a week the schedule is 8am and 5pm EST.
- Great customer service and relationship skills. Ability to handle moderate to high call volume each day.
- Strong Tier 1 and Tier 2 experience - Active Directory, VPN, M365, etc.
- Strong experience w MS Word and Adobe PDF manipulations, redacting/deleting pages, etc.
- 3+ years’ IT support experience overall.
- Pass Drug and Background Check.
- Personal vehicle to go in the office 5 days a week.
