We are looking for a candidate who has experience transforming the way technology supports the business, and we're looking for an Enterprise Architecture leader to help shape the future! This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, forward-thinking architect who can connect business strategy with technology execution, influence enterprise-wide decisions, and help drive the transition to a value stream operating model

- Partner with business leaders, value stream owners, and subject matter experts to align business and technology strategies.
- Develop current-state and future-state business and technology capability models.
- Build enterprise technology roadmaps and transitional architectures.
- Guide delivery teams in translating architectural vision into practical solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, reference models, and governance practices.
- Identify opportunities to reduce technology duplication, improve reuse, and drive innovation.
- Influence stakeholders across IT and the business to drive enterprise-wide alignment.
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture and strategic technology planning.
- Strong background in business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and technology roadmaps.
- Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both executive and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools such as Archi Mate and Bizz Design is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, modern development practices, and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate for the AVP, Enterprise Architecture - Value Stream is a senior-level Enterprise Architect who combines enterprise-wide technology strategy, business architecture, value stream transformation, and executive-level influence. They need to be more than a technical architect - they must be able to connect business goals to technology roadmaps and persuade leaders across the organization to adopt a common architectural direction.
