Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a cross-functional technology team. This individual will be responsible for driving sprint execution, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders while maintaining clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, priorities, and overall execution.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:

Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives Manage  sprint execution and track progress toward delivery goals.

Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, QA, and external teams.

Provide weekly status updates covering:

Progress Risks Blockers Upcoming  milestones

Ensure delivery commitments remain realistic and achievable.

Drive accountability and follow-through on action items.

Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and team effectiveness.

Communicate delivery status to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing software development projects and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.# Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certification.

Experience working with distributed teams.

Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Agile tools.

Exposure to cloud-based applications, APIs, and enterprise software delivery.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 to $174,000
