As we establish our new Boston-area location, we are looking for a hands‑on IT professional who is passionate about technology, enjoys working closely with people, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

In this key role, you will serve as the primary IT contact for our U.S. organization, providing support to employees at our Boston and Atlanta locations as well as to a largely remote workforce across the United States. You will ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations while partnering closely with our global IT team. From end-user support and device management to user training and local infrastructure coordination, you will play a vital role in creating an efficient, secure, and modern workplace.

You willbe responsible for:

• Provide responsive on-site and remote support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, meeting rooms, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Support employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, including user accounts, access rights, and device lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain user‑friendly documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors and the global IT organization when required.

• Manage Windows devices and mobile endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and One Drive.
• Assist with application deployment, compliance policies, patch management, endpoint security, and asset management.
