As a Principal IT Analyst - SAP S/4 FICO here at Honeywell, you will lead complex, high-impact IT projects, using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making.

You will report directly to our Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE6+ SAP S/4 Hana FI/CO experience with extensive hands-on configuration expertise2 years of minimum experience integrating SAP S/4

HANA with external tax engines and/or 3rd party applications.
3 years of minimum experience leading/Consulting S/4

HANA transformation programs2 years of minimum Experience in agile delivery models or SAP Activate methodology2 years of minimum E-invoicing (eInvoice) frameworks and integration with SAPStrong proficiency in following core areas:

New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel LedgersFSCM (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management)
Asset Accounting, including S/4

HANA Universal Asset Management Product Costing and Material LedgerCO-PA (Profitability Analysis)
Deep understanding of integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and PSProven experience with:

S/4

HANA Finance and Universal Journal SAP Fiori applications

Integration with downstream and connected applications WE VALUE1 years of minimum experience in SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax) reporting and regulatory compliance

Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including:

Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Solid experience in:

Cost accounting &Budgeting and forecasting

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions with minimal supervision

Experience working closely with finance stakeholders to drive process improvements

Good understanding of:

Indirect tax processes (Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST)
Tax determination, compliance, and reporting requirements

Impact of tax engines on finance and supply chain transactions

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence and drive decisions across business and IT teams

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional and global project environments

Proven ability to lead workshops, solution design discussions, and governance forums

Travel:
Up to 25% depending on primary office location. Must be able to travel up to 50% during deployment period.
