* 10+ years of experience in Mainframe Systems Programming.
* Strong expertise supporting IBM z/OS environments.
* Experience installing and maintaining IBM and third-party software using SMP/E.
* Strong knowledge of z/OS utilities, JCL, and system-level troubleshooting.
* Experience with zOSMF, USS, PARMLIB, and HCD.
* Hands-on experience with RMF, SYSVIEW, and Tivoli OMEGAMON.
* Experience supporting CICS, DB2, MQ, and enterprise middleware platforms.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
