Enterprise Implementation Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Implementation Project Manager with 5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementations and cross-functional projects. This role will oversee the completion of an enterprise software rollout, including final configuration, testing, user readiness, issue resolution, deployment coordination, and transition to ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and vendors, and experienced in driving projects from planning through successful delivery.

• Own end-to-end project delivery from implementation planning through completion and operational handoff.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, technical, leadership, vendor, and external partner activities.
• Drive testing, readiness activities, issue resolution, deployment planning, and final implementation tasks.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication across all participating teams.
• Monitor schedule, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective action when needed.
• Prepare project status updates, action items, and progress reports for leadership.
• Work with vendors to track commitments, deliverables, timelines, and outstanding issues.
• Ensure implementation activities meet applicable organizational, regulatory, and program requirements.
• Identify process improvements that can increase delivery efficiency and reduce implementation risks.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition of the completed solution to operational teams.

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects through implementation, testing, deployment, and closure.
• Strong experience with project scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, and deliverable coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira or comparable project/work management platforms

• Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve project issues quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  , or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Experience managing enterprise application implementations.
• Experience coordinating software testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Experience working with external technology vendors or implementation partners.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
