IT Project Manager - Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management

Strong project management is about more than tracking deadlines. It's about anticipating challenges, aligning teams, managing dependencies, and making sure everyone understands what needs to happen next.

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with IAM or security project experience who can manage competing priorities, facilitate collaboration, and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Managing multiple project plans and coordinating parallel work streams.
• Sequencing tasks and tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Facilitating collaboration among business, IT, security, and compliance teams.
• Identifying risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Leading project meetings and ensuring action items have clear ownership.
• Preparing concise status reports and professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintaining project documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• 3-5+ years of IT project management experience.
• At least 2 years focused on IAM or security-related projects.
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, provisioning, RBAC, and PAM.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management frameworks.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred, as is experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra , or Ping Identity.
