Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing dynamic service by identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems both within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation is required. Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested.
Analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions to maintain business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures.
Provide guidance and share knowledge to support the development of team members.
Contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices to elevate team standards.
