AI Prompt Workflow Specialist

Sirius Staffing is hiring an AI Automation Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, test, and optimize AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on gathering requirements, translating business needs into AI workflows and agents, refining outputs through testing and user feedback, and driving the successful adoption of AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Schedule:

Remote, Monday-Friday, day shift (hours may vary across Eastern to Pacific time zones) Pay: $45.50-$50.50/hr

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and technical teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for AI automation and process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions, workflows, and agents.
• Design, build, maintain, test, and optimize AI prompts, agents, and workflows to meet business objectives.
• Create and execute test scenarios to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and business relevance.
• Collect user feedback and continuously refine prompts, workflows, and agent behavior to improve performance and user satisfaction.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements, clarify expectations, and drive alignment.
• Ensure AI-generated outputs are structured, reliable, and aligned with business needs and quality standards.
• Maintain existing AI agents and workflows and adapt solutions as business requirements, processes, and technologies evolve.
• Provide guidance and support to business users utilizing AI tools, agents, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, governance standards, and support materials related to AI solutions.
• Support implementation, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of AI-powered business solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.
• Hands‑on experience building, maintaining, testing, or optimizing AI agents, prompts, workflows, or automations is required.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into technology or AI‑enabled solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and experience improving AI outputs through testing and refinement.
• Experience coordinating testing activities, collecting user feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and AI capabilities to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Writer, or similar generative AI platforms.
• Experience with AI workflow automation and business process automation initiatives.
