Position Summary
The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance, including processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits and cancellations.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone
Essential Tasks- Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers
- Follow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies
- Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients
- Process audits, including verification of rates, exposures and prior premiums
- Handle cancellations and billing issues
- Communicate with staff and clients as needed to gather information for changes to policies
- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to agency procedures
- Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients

- 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Experience with Oil & Gas and Construction clients preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license required (company will help candidate obtain licensure if needed)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
- Candidate will be based out of the Atlanta, GA III office
- Hybrid or fully remote opportunities available for qualified candidates
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
