Position Summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for its Pointe North Insurance Division. The role services clients by handling new business installations, renewals, and the service needs of Middle Market clients (premium above $25k).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct renewal processes and meetings with producers.
  • Oversee billing for all AB policies and collections along with producers.
  • Manage policy binding on renewals (unless sent to the centralized marketing department).
  • Prepare submissions for marketing.
  • Provide correspondence with carriers and customers for premium‑bearing change requests/endorsements.
  • Address and receive non‑renewals with producers and clients.
  • Organize master certificates and attach all applicable endorsements (ASM handles all on‑demand and renewal certificate issuance).
  • Collect LPRs from clients.
  • Conduct premium‑bearing audits and large audit increase correspondence with insured/producer.
  • Manage Image Right documentation and file‑labeling upkeep.
  • Review returned policy checklists for changes and send changes to ASM.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance license.
  • Minimum 4 years of insurance experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Word, and Excel.
  • Agency Management System experience (AMS
    360, EPIC, Image Right preferred).
  • Self‑motivated and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal guidance to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation.
  • Self‑starter who works with direction and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Detail‑oriented.
