Who are we? We are the Federal Benefit service and education leader and have been in the federal market for over 15 years. We have over 80 benefit specialists nationwide and have a few territories to fill. In 2021 we issued just over 8M of life insurance premiums and 100M of fixed indexed annuity premiums. Our average agent makes over 100k, while our top 20%'ers take home over 250k.

Who do we serve? We work with Federal Employees as their personal benefit specialists. We help them understand their employee benefits; by reading their paycheck stub and understanding their deductions, their federal life insurance, pension amounts, when they can retire, and their federal 401k. In the process, we help identify areas of improvement and show them ways to finish their career stronger!

We help people from day one of employment through to retirement!

• Simplified Issue Product(s) (no medical underwriting hang-ups)
• Fixed Indexed Annuity (Training and Support)
• Free Leads (survey leads, digital e-leads, and employee lists
• Government Allotment Business (premiums paid via payroll)
• Exclusive Territories (based on minimum performance requirements)

Weekly

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Friday Running Appointments
• 8 - 10 Appointments Scheduled Per Week (schedule your appointments)
• 6 8 Presentations Given
