The Commercial Real Estate Attorney position is a diverse and challenging job which requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a clear commitment to commercial real estate transactions as their career path and will be well organized, diligent, thorough, receptive to learning, desiring to grow, and possess good research skills and a positive attitude. The position offers candidates the ability to work in a collegial work environment as part of a respected transaction team of attorneys with a well-known Atlanta firm.

The primary responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney include, but are not limited to the following:

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, multi-family, office, and commercial retail properties.
• Drafting/negotiating/reviewing commercial real estate contracts, closing documents, leases, and related financing documentation.
• Managing transaction closings and performing legal due diligence.
• Building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients.

• 1 to 5 years of complex commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Must have passed the Georgia bar exam and be licensed in Georgia.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school.
