LHH is partnered with a top-tier AmLaw firm seeking an associate attorney to join their Corporate M&A practice in Atlanta, Georgia
. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a wide variety of M&A transactions.

• Support a dynamic team focused on facilitating high-impact M&A transactions
• Perform and coordinate due diligence
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Coordinate closings and post-closing matters

• At least three years of experience assisting in M&A transactions, preferably with an AmLaw firm
• JD from an accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in Georgia
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Base salary range: $235K - $340K
  , commensurate with experience and credentials
• 1950 billable hour requirement
