• Take point and manage a caseload of business litigation matters from inception to close.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal precedents to support case strategy and thorough preparation.
• Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules.
• Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings; conduct depositions and attend mediation or settlement conferences as part of the litigation process.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial/business litigation.
• Barred in Georgia.
