• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and other real estate transaction documents for a variety of asset classes.
• Conduct due diligence, including review of title, surveys, zoning, and environmental reports; coordinate resolution of title and survey issues.
• Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including preparation of closing documents, coordination with title companies, and resolution of closing conditions.
• Review and negotiate loan documents for acquisition and refinancing transactions, including mortgages, loan agreements, and related collateral documents.
• Advise clients on structuring real estate joint ventures and entity formation for development, investment, and ownership purposes.
