Overview
We are a litigation firm. Our mission is to defend nationally known companies in civil litigation and to provide strategies to reduce risk.
What You Will Do- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues.
- Represent the interests of clients in legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Doctorate Degree
- JD from accredited law school and Georgia Bar license
- Litigation
- Torts
- Motion Practice
- Civil Procedure
- Complex Litigation
- Legal Document Preparation
We have a unique collaborative office, where team members routinely share ideas on cases, help with training and advancement, and interact daily with clients. You ll grow as a lawyer and be able to contribute to your profession by helping other young legal professionals with their development. Salary range for this position is $ - $ per year for 1-3 years of previous insurance defense experience.
