Our client, a prominent personal injury law firm, is seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys licensed to practice in Georgia. Candidates must have extensive experience in personal injury law and a proven track record of generating $1 million or more in annual legal fees. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, including car accidents, motorcycle collisions, premises liability, and other negligence matters.
Pre-Litigation Attorneys will focus on building strong cases, negotiating favorable settlements, and advocating for clients before cases enter the litigation phase.

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to evaluate claims and provide expert legal advice.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records, police reports, and accident details.
• Investigate accidents and build strong, evidence-backed cases to maximize claim value.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable settlements.
• Draft legal documents such as demand letters and settlement agreements.
• Advise clients on the merits of settlement offers and potential case outcomes.
• Prepare cases for possible litigation, including organizing evidence and ensuring complete documentation.
• Maintain meticulous records of case activities, communications, deadlines, and expenses.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation.
• Demonstrated success in generating $1 million or more in legal fees annually.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
