About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Immigration Attorney to join our team, specializing in family-based immigration matters and removal defense
. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and advocacy skills, experience representing clients in immigration court, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in removal defense proceedings
    , including master calendar hearings, individual hearings, bond hearings, and appeals before EOIR and BIA.
  • Handle family-based immigration petitions and applications
    , including Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, I-130s, I-601/601A waivers, VAWA, U visas, TPS, and related filings.
  • Prepare and file motions, briefs, appeals, and legal memoranda in support of client cases.
  • Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court and agency requirements.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure effective case preparation and client communication.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration law, regulations, and policies impacting clients.
  • Participate in community outreach, legal clinics, and educational workshops as needed.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with a state bar (preferably GA).
  • 1–3+ years of immigration law experience (removal defense and family‑based cases strongly preferred).
  • Strong oral advocacy and written legal skills, with the ability to litigate complex cases.
  • Fluency in Spanish required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high‑volume caseload.
  • Passion for immigrant rights and commitment to client‑centered representation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year
