• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia

• 4–5 years of substantive experience with
  real estate transactions

  acquisitions
  , dispositions
  , leasing
  , and development projects
• Expertise in real estate financing including debt or equity structuring required
• Strong drafting
  , negotiation
  , and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Represent clients in real estate
  acquisitions
  , dispositions
  , leasing
  , and development projects
• Provide legal guidance on
  real estate financing
  , including
  debt
  and
  equity structuring
• Draft
  , review
  , and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents
  , including purchase agreements
  , leases
  , and financing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence
  , including title and survey review
  , and manage closing processes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic
  , practical legal advice
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

• Competitive Salary: $275,000 – $305,000, as determined by experience and market factors
