A top‑tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid‑level Corporate Associate (4–6 years PQE) with strong M&A and corporate finance experience to join its Atlanta office. This is a partnership‑track role offering early client exposure, hands‑on deal work, and a clear path for progression.
About the TeamJoin a nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice advising on complex transactions, with a focus on private equity and private target M&A. The team is known for its collaborative culture, high client engagement, and industry‑leading work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex M&A projects and deal timelines
- Draft equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation
- Conduct legal due diligence and summarize findings
- Coordinate with clients, investment bankers, advisors, and junior resources
- Provide strategic advice across corporate transactions
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate/M&A practice
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients and cross‑functional teams
- JD from a top‑tier law school; admitted to practice in Georgia
