Our client is a global law firm.

• Provide legal counsel on business immigration matters to large corporate clients.
• Prepare and file employment-based visa applications and petitions.
• Advise clients on immigration compliance and policy issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex immigration cases.
• Develop and implement strategies for immigration case management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case processing.
• Communicate with government agencies regarding case statuses and inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.

A successful Business Immigration Associate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a US State Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of high-volume, broad-based business immigration experience in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be local to Atlanta, GA. or willing to relocate.

• Competitive salary ranging from $140000 to $175000 USD. Dependent on experience.
