Taylor Duma LLP is seeking an IP Litigation Attorney to join our growing Intellectual Property practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is actively building a portable practice and looking for a platform that provides autonomy, cross-practice collaboration, and meaningful opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support complex IP litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.
  • Work closely with senior partners to manage cases, develop strategy, and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with attorneys across the firm.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from emerging companies to established regional and national businesses.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of IP litigation experience, ideally including federal court practice and motions practice.
  • Strong writing, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate work through relationships, referrals, or niche IP expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing with a dynamic, expanding firm.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that rewards initiative and client service.
  • Access to a deep bench of experienced IP, corporate, and litigation attorneys for cross-selling and client growth.

Compensation Structure

Taylor Duma operates on a transparent variable compensation model designed to reward productivity and client development while giving partners control over their practice economics.
