Transactional Real Estate Junior Associate - Offices

Job Summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is looking for a Junior Associate to join our Real Estate practice group located in the Charlotte, Raleigh, or Atlanta offices.

Base pay range: $225,000 - $260,000 per year
. Total compensation will reflect your experience, licensure, and skills.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions.

• 1–3 years of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state in which you practice.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence working with clients daily.
