Our client, a beloved Atlanta-based Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Products Liability Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Atlanta office. - Manage all phases of products liability litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
- Advise clients on risk management and claims strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of products liability or class action litigation experience
- Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in building a long-term practice with a path to partnership.
- Top-of-Market Pay: $225K starting for 2nd-year associates + strong bonus potential.
