Our client, a beloved Atlanta-based Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Products Liability Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Atlanta office. • Manage all phases of products liability litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Advise clients on risk management and claims strategies.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support business development and client relationship initiatives.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of products liability or class action litigation experience
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Interest in building a long-term practice with a path to partnership.
