An Atlanta-based Cr Immigration (immigration + criminal defense) law firm has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Sr. Associate Attorney 100% committed to the defense of non-U.S. citizens. This position is located near the Garden Hills area in GA. This position includes a generous base salary PLUS bonuses, and a stellar benefits package.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
- DO NOT APPLY UNLESS you have a Juris Doctorate Degree & Admitted to the Georgia Bar
- 4-9 years of experience in a criminal defense and/or immigration (removal defense/family-based) law firm.
- Bilingual in Spanish with written and oral fluency is a MUST
. - Mac computer, an online calendar, Word, or Excel, or Outlook mail, and case management software is a MUST
- Cr Immigration litigation experience a HUGE PLUS
- Law firm operational or management experience a HUGE PLUS
