Our client, located in Downtown Atlanta, has a need for a Litigation Paralegal with experience electronic filing documents to courts in multiple states, construction or real estate industry experience a plus.

Salary: Up to $80k +/- plus excellent benefits

Duties:

• Organizing and managing documents and case files
• Performing real estate records research
• Performing legal research
• Preparing correspondence
• Reviewing construction contracts
• Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
• Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests
• Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of affidavits and notices of commencement

Requirements:

• Legal and records research skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite Products:
  Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to file documents electronically with various courts in multiple states
