Experienced Litigation Paralegal​/Legal Assistant – Civil Defense

A well-regarded Atlanta litigation boutique is looking for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support its busy civil defense team. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing litigation workflows from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

• Prepare and revise legal documents including motions, discovery, and subpoenas
• Handle electronic court filings in both Georgia state and federal systems (PACER/Odyssey)
• Maintain case files, trial exhibits, and hearing materials
• Coordinate with witnesses and assist attorneys in preparing for trial
• Monitor case deadlines and manage litigation calendars

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting litigators, preferably in a defense firm
• Deep familiarity with Georgia civil procedure and local court rules
• Excellent grammar, formatting, and proofreading abilities
• Self-motivated and able to juggle deadlines across multiple matters
• Background in bankruptcy litigation (especially in NDGA) is a bonus
