We’re seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for a position in Atlanta. This position involves full ownership of employment‑based immigration cases
—from preparation to filing and client communication.
- Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions (H‑1B, L‑1, E‑1/E‑2, O‑1).
- Manage PERM labor certifications and recruitment steps.
- Handle immigrant petitions
, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization. - Advise on immigration options and maintain visa compliance.
- Communicate with clients and agencies; maintain accurate case files.
- 2+ years of business immigration experience
, managing cases independently. - Strong knowledge of temporary visas and PERM/I‑140/I‑485 processes
. - Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and immigration case management software.
